Day 36

 I don't believe everyone cares about my day to day workouts, but I will continue to post every few weeks with updated pictures.  So I'm a little behind on getting these pictures up here (day 36 rather than 30), but better late than never.

So far, I'm pretty happy with the results. I've done pretty good about completing all my workouts.  The better news is that summer is always busy and involves lots of travel, so it should get easier as I head in to fall.  I fully expect to improve on the diet and workouts as I head in to the next few weeks. Up to this point, I've consistently had better workouts, better eating habits, and better overall results.  So if I improve on the diet and workouts, then I would expect to see even more dramatic results over the next 60 days.

Now for the more entertaining part of my blog...

Day 7

Here we go again, trying to do the full 90 days, non-stop, no skipping workouts. I'm a tad late in beginning my blog since I just finished day 7 today. However, week 1 was a success as I have managed to complete 6 out of 6 workouts and the diet has been spot on. I will be posting some pictures of day 1 soon, but hopefully the more exciting shots will be day 30, 60, and 90.
